Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you share.
A Memory Pack contains knowledge from your AI about a specific subject, ready to share and use in another AI.
Warmhand turns knowledge from your AI into Memory Packs you can share. A pack can include facts, decisions, instructions, documents and finished work.
A scan is a prompt you run in your own AI to find the conversation history and memories it can access.
How far it reaches depends on your AI, your plan and your settings. Scans do not read files or project contents, so upload documents separately. The topic you choose and your review determine what is kept.
Your AI saves what it finds into Memory Packs while the scan runs, and you review them afterward. Nothing is shared until you choose to share it. New items in a pack you have already shared reach its recipients on their next read, and so do new packs in a domain you shared in full.
Yes. Warmhand stores the knowledge synced from your scan so you can use and share it. We use it only for that purpose.
No. We don't sell the information synced from your scan.
The Memory Packs you choose to share. Sharing a pack does not give them your AI account or your entire chat history.
You can see what is inside a pack before you share it.
They get an email, sign in or create a Warmhand account, accept the invitation and connect their own ChatGPT or Claude. Their AI decides when to look up a pack, and its Warmhand connection must be active.
Each person needs an AI account that permits the connection. Account permissions may apply.
Future reads through Warmhand stop. Knowledge already used in a conversation or saved by the recipient's AI may remain there.
Edits to a pack are available on the next read, so there is one shared version.
Changes in the original source are not picked up automatically: someone needs to update the pack. Recipients can read shared packs. Collaborative editing is not available yet.
You can connect ChatGPT or Claude. Your team does not need to move to one AI to share knowledge: Warmhand works with the accounts they already use.
People doing the work: the colleague sharing useful knowledge and the person receiving it.
If your AI understands the business and colleagues keep asking you to run things through it, this is for you.
Not at all.
If you already use AI in your daily work, Warmhand finds the knowledge in work you've already done. You choose a topic and run the prompt Warmhand prepares for you.
You can start today.
Create your account, connect your AI, choose a topic and run a Memory Scan to see your first Memory Packs.
