Terms of service
Warmhand lets you build Memory Packs of curated context and share them with people and their AI assistants. Using it means agreeing to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to use Warmhand, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in email secure: a magic link or an invite link in the wrong hands is access in the wrong hands.
Your content
What you put into Warmhand stays yours. You give us the permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, process it as the product describes (including the AI quality assessment of Memory Scans), and show it to the people and AI assistants you share it with. Nothing more.
Only share what you have the right to share. Do not upload content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you are bound to keep confidential.
Sharing
Sharing is explicit: packs are visible only to the people and shared domains you grant. Invitation links grant access to whoever completes them, including someone the invite was forwarded to. Revoke access and invitations from the product at any time.
The service
Warmhand is young software under active development, provided as is. We work to keep it fast, correct and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change or be withdrawn. Using Warmhand is currently free of charge; if that ever changes, it will be announced clearly and never applied retroactively.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the settings page, which removes your data as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
The legal frame
These terms are an agreement between you and Warmhand AB, the Swedish company that operates Warmhand, and they are governed by the laws of Sweden. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. When the terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top; continued use after a change means acceptance.
